Overview

Our cancellation, refund, and return policy lasts for 2 days after your order has been placed. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a cancellation, refund, or return.

Eligibility for Cancellation

Cancellation Requests:
Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

Custom Print Orders:
Cancellations and refunds are not possible for custom print orders once the order has been placed.

Order in Shipping Process:
If the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants or the shipping process has started, cancellation will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Original Packaging:
The item must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received:
Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong product.

Unused and in Original Condition:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of Damage

Video Proof of Damage:
In the case of receiving a damaged product, you must provide a proper video showing the damage before opening the parcel. This video must clearly show the damage to the product and packaging.
No Proof, No Return/Refund:
If the parcel has already been opened without the required proof video, no return, exchange, or refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

Perishable Goods: (such as flowers, food, etc.) are not eligible for return.

Custom Print Orders: No cancellations or refunds.

Opened or Damaged Items: If no proof video is provided before opening the parcel.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds will be granted in the following situations:

Any item that is returned after 2 days from the order date.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.

Refund Process

Approval of Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Refunds:
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 6-8 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to officially post).
  3. Contact your bank for further details.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item, our pickup partner will come to pick up the item for exchange. Please email us at support@old.sneakapick.in.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card or gift credits for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the gift card or gift credits will be issued.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

Courier Charges for Non-Damaged Returns:
If you wish to return a product that is not damaged but you still want to return it, a ₹140 charge will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the courier return costs.

Shipping Costs:
You will not be responsible for shipping charges for returns involving damaged or incorrect items. However, if the return is for non-damaged items, ₹140 will be deducted from your refund to cover courier charges.

Shipping Insurance:
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
