  • Custom print orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. You must provide a video proof of damage before opening the parcel.
  • For non-damaged returns, a ₹140 courier charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 6-8 days after approval.
